All exterior parts including the handset cord are chromed. Clear faceplate with chrome underlay. (Custom underlays are available. ADA-compliant handset with 3-step volume control. Commercial Grade construction with
zinc-plated steel chassis. Traditional mechanical ringer with volume control. 12-foot chromed coiled handset cord. 7-foot line cord (not chrome). 7-Year warranty on mechanical and electronic components. The chrome finish is warranted for one year against cracking or fading. Normal wear and tear or user scratches are not covered. FREE "ground" shipping to all 50 states.
