How long does it take to get a phone?

Phones that are described as "can be customized" are MADE TO ORDER, and usually ship 5 to 7 business days after you place your order. If you request and pay for fast shipping, that does not lessen the time it takes to make your phones.

Large quantities of made-to-order phones may take longer, and we will advise you of the production time when you place your order.

Production time for phones with custom faceplates or signs starts after we have received your final approval for the custom artwork.

Most other phones are shipped the same day you place your order, if ordered by 3PM eastern time.

"Ground" shipping is free in the US for most phones, and can take up to six business days. Faster shipping is available for an additional charge. CLICK

Shipping time does not include the day you place your order.

Quoted shipping times are based on "business days," and do not include weekends and many holidays.

For example, if you place an order on Friday for "3-Day" shipping, and the following Monday is a national holiday, the first transit day is Tuesday, the second transit day is Wednesday, and you should receive your order on Thursday -- the third transit day.

If you place an order after about 4pm Eastern Time on Friday, there is a chance that it might get shipped on Friday; but it probably won't be shipped until the next business day -- which would be Tuesday if Monday is a holiday.
