  • Most (but not all) of the items on this sits get free ground shipping. If a product description does not say "free shipping," shipping is not free. The minimum shipping charge for items that do not get free shipping is $9.
  • Phones on this site described as "can be customized" are MADE TO ORDER, and usually ship 5 to 7 business days after you place your order. If you request and pay for fast shipping, that does not lessen the time it takes to make your phones.
